Packaging and shipment:

All of our products are with exquisite, simple and elegant design retail box and export carton. 

We usually send goods to our clinet's Chinese shipping company partner's warehouse, then thiere partners will forward the goods to them. If buyers want us to send the goods directly from the factory ,we can provdie such service. 

We send them the goods by freight, by sea or by railway from DHL, UPS, TNT,FEDEX and other big shipping companies once the buyer has complete the payment of the shipping cost. 

Warrranty and payment terms

Warranty:

All products are with warranty of  12 months. Device during the warranty period, under normal use and maintenance, if there is a problem with the material and workmanship of the machine itself, and the failure is found to be true after inspection, we will provide free repairs and replacement parts.

We can also provide maintenance services for equipment that exceeds the free warranty period and is not covered by the free warranty regulations, but charges for accessories and repairs if necessary.

Payment terms

We prefer payment made by ESCROW (ALIBABA Trade Assurance), T/T, Western Union,Master card, ALIPAY,etc. Sample will be sent after full payment has done, while mas production will be scheduled after 30% deposit of the order has been paid.

Q: Can you do OEM and ODM?

A: Yes, OEM and ODM are both acceptable. Requirements of material, color,logo & package design style, display language and others can be customized, Requests need to be discussed for confirmation.

Q: What is your MOQ?

A: MOQ of OEM/ODM service is 1000 pieces. For normal products in stock, there is no MOQ requirement.

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Delivery time of normal product in stock for samples is 3-5 working days, the factory needs 30-45 working days for bulk order production after order deposit received.

A: Product quality is of our top priority. We adopt AQL standard on quality control and we have a professional QA/QC team to ensure the quality of our products to meet the standard and requirement of our clients..

A.All of our products are with 1 year warranty period. During the period, Defective products not manually damaged can be replaced, clients only need to pay for the shipping cost to the factory. We can provide maintenance service with the device out of the warranty, but clients need to pay for the shipping cost and maintenance cost.
